At Acquaviva Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes and ensure all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule Transportation

  Once approved, our specialized furniture carriers will contact you to schedule a convenient window for the collection of your return items.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
